How do I find my size?

To find your perfect fit head over to our SIZE GUIDE. Please note our size guide is just a guideline in helping you find your perfect fit. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference. You'll find some handy tips from our Lulah Co gals explaining fit and preferences.

 

Tops: Our tops are true to sizeand snug, so if you would prefer a looser fit we recommend you go a size up.

Bottoms: Our Luxe leggings are also true to size! If you are in-between sizes and want something a little more comfy, we reccommend you go up a size. If you would like more of a compressive fit we recommend you choose the smaller option.

We offer exchanges in NZ if your first order didn't fit quite right. Please read out returns and exchange policy here.

Do you offer buy now- pay later?

We sure do! We are happy to offer you payment via our friends at Zip and Afterpay.

What is your shipping policy?

You can read all about our Shipping Policy right here. We offer free shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $100.

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, it will ship out in 1-4 business days. After you receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details, you can add on the shipping time estimates below:

 

New Zealand: 2-3 business days

Australia: 3-10 business days 

United States: 7-10 business days + 2 weeks for Military Bases

Other: 7-10 business days

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

When ordering please make sure you are taking your time and choosing the correct item, colour and size.

Please also check you have the correct address before you check out. This is a crucial step as once your order is placed we are unable to make any changes after your order has been shipped. We work as fast as we can to get your order out to you, within 48 hours of placing your order. If you notice that you made a mistake, please act fast.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes!

Returns: We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached, in its original packaging within 14 days of their ship date. Please read the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy carefully here before returning to us.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges if you have the wrong size. Any exchange is subject to size/colour availability and if we can’t offer an exchange due to availability we will issue a refund. Please check out our policy around this process here.

My item has arrived faulty or there is an item missing from my order?

Please email support@lulahcollective.com with your order number, and we will arrange for the missing item to be sent to you, or for your faulty item to be replaced free of charge.
